Every year pet lovers, including me, go up in arms about fireworks traumatising our pets. We do not always realise that dog kennels should also be an item of concern.
Some dogs have to sleep in the open during our freezing winter nights. If you are guilty of inflicting this cruelty [on your dog], shame on you!
A dog needs a kennel with an old blanket.
Ironically, my two dogs do not have a kennel. They sleep under the duvet on my daughter’s bed! Perhaps she often wakes up feeling like a pretzel, but my family is warm this winter!
