Injured BCI officer recovering well
He fractured his sternum and is still recovering from lower back injuries.
BCI Security was finally able to heave a sigh of relief when their injured TRT officer, Dawid Britz, was discharged from hospital.
Dawid spent almost a week at Flora Clinic after the company vehicle he was driving plunged into a wall while assisting the Johannesburg Metro Police to pursue a lawless motorist in Willowbrook Estate on 2 July.

A day after the incident, Gary Jordaan, the company’s media liaison, reported that management had visited Dawid with some gifts, and was pleased to announce that he was doing well although he was still in ICU. He fractured his sternum and is still recovering from lower back injuries.
Soon after that, Gary announced that he had been discharged from hospital and was recuperating at home.
