Three police officers recovering after deadly collision
The state vehicle was believed to be rushing to the scene of a reported suspicious vehicle carrying several armed men near the Ticketpro Dome.
Three of the six police officers involved in a fatal collision on 21 May are currently recovering in hospital.
The horrific accident between a police vehicle and a private vehicle claimed the life of a police officer. The vehicles collided at the intersection of Northumberland Road and Olivenhout Avenue, causing the state vehicle to overturn.

Honeydew Police spokesperson, Captain Balan Muthan, updated the Northsider on the incident, saying that the three hospitalised officers were in a stable condition under medical care. He added that the other two officers on board had been discharged after receiving the medical attention they required on the day.
The incident has left the staff of the police station reeling. Muthan said that the cluster office will be organising a memorial service for the deceased officer.
