School asks community to help save furry friends
Avianto would like to open the collection point to the public and invites everyone to visit their site and donate.
Maragon Avianto Primary school has become an official drop-off point for donations to the Woodrock Animal Rescue – a non-profit organisation devoted to rehabilitating and rescuing animals.
The rescue centre is a pro-life centre that operates under the motto Acta non verba – Action not Words.
Maragon’s collection is part of the school’s community outreach programme. They would like to open the collection to the public and invite everyone to visit their site and donate dog or puppy food, cat or kitten food, blankets and toys.
The school is located at 127 Villa Road, Muldersdrift, Avianto Lifestyle Eco Estates.
Woodrock Animal Rescue provides assistance to unfortunate, homeless, abused, neglected, stray, injured, ill, geriatric and unwanted animals (predominantly canines) that would otherwise have miserable lives and premature deaths – animals who have no voice of their own.
