ER24 releases Easter stats

ER24 attended to 626 transported-related incidents during the Easter weekend.

This includes motor vehicle, pedestrian, bicycle and motorcycle accidents. There were 81 more incidents than last year. The highest number of transportation incidents was reported on 29 March, with 131 incidents.

The emergency service also attended to 97 crime-related incidents during this period. These included assaults, shootings and stabbings. There were 15 more incidents than last year.

The highest number of crime-related incidents was reported on 31 March, when 19 incidents occurred.
