I am a new resident in Roodepoort and am concerned about the state of filthiness in the city. Having resided in Pretoria for years, I am disturbed at how a town can be as dirty as this and that there seem to be no effort made by the municipality to clean it.
I would like to know who is responsible for cleaning and why this is not happening.
