Vehicle stuck in trench after road collapse incident
Vital Med confirmed that no injuries were reported and the entire road has been closed off in both directions.
Motorists have been advised to avoid Eastwood Avenue in Randpark Ridge after the road collapsed and a vehicle became stuck in a trench of water on Thursday, 8 March.

Tyron Pieterse from Vital Med, who assisted the driver of the vehicle outside Trinityhouse Pre-primary School, said the information from the City indicated that the road collapsed due to a pipe burst.
