Stop-and-search operations once again yielded success when Roodepoort Police arrested 33 suspects.
Arrests were made in connection with the following: Assault with the intention to do grievous bodily harm, shoplifting, house robbery, aggravated robbery, theft, possession of stolen vehicle, contempt of court, common assault, possession of dagga, possession of drugs, housebreaking and rape.

The suspects aged between 19 and 55 were detained at Roodepoort Police Station.
