West Rand doctor accused of rape
On Monday, 9 February at approximately 11am, a 24-year-old woman was allegedly raped by a doctor, according to Muldersdrift Police spokesperson, Warrant Officer Masedi Masedi.
The West Rand Cluster is investigating a sensitive case of rape allegations involving a doctor and a patient at a West Rand public hospital.
On Monday, 9 February at approximately 11am, a 24-year-old victim was allegedly raped by a doctor, this according to Muldersdrift police spokesperson Warrant Officer Masedi Masedi.

“It is alleged that the victim went to Dr Yusuf Dadoo hospital not feeling well. The doctor allegedly raped the victim while examining her,” Masedi explained.
He said the case was opened at Krugersdorp Police Station by the victim. The case transferred to Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offenses unit for further investigation.
No arrest has been made yet, Masedi mentioned.
