Report municipal service delivery issues

How and where to report municipal service delivery issues.

The City of Johannesburg relies on its residents to log service delivery failures so that it gets the opportunity to attend to them.

If issues are not logged on the City’s service delivery system, the entities are likely to remain unaware of the breakdowns, which will then probably remain unresolved, announced the City of Johannesburg.

It was also said that a councillor’s job is not just to serve as the voice of the people, for the expression of their community needs, but also to act as a watchdog and ensure the municipality implements polices to address the needs of the citizens. It is therefore important that, should issues you log not be adequately addressed, the issues be brought to the attention of your local ward or PR councillor.
