Alarming increase in baby dumping cases

This appeal from the Roodepoort Police spokesperson, Sergeant Juliet Mogale, came after an alarming number of these types of cases had been reported. “If a woman does not want the baby, or she cannot take care of it, she must consult the social workers at the police station, or go to the nurses at the clinic for advice.
