Ho-ho-ho, it’s time for the Xmas truck to go!
Everyone is welcome to join the evening – just remember to bring your own chairs, candles and candle-holders.
From 13 to 23 December, residents of Witpoortjie, Roodepoort West, Florida and Krugersdorp, especially the kids, should keep their eyes peeled for the West Suburbs Roodepoort Neighbourhood Watch’s (WSRNW) Xmas truck.
The truck’s travels around the area have become a yearly institution. Once again toys and sweets will be handed out and it will set the mood for the festive season ahead. The highlight will take place on 22 December when a Carols by Candlelight event will be held at Witpoortjie Pick n Pay, complete with a Father Christmas who will be handing out sweets.
