Join Garden World for Carols by Candlelight

This year all donations and gifts received will benefit the Theatre Benevolent Fund.

Garden World and Mad Entertainment will host their annual Carols By Candlelight on Friday, 1 December from 6pm at Garden World.

The Masters of Ceremonies will be the famous Lizz Meiring and David Louw and several of the actors from the KykNet soapie Getroud met Rugby, among them Christel van den Berg, Rina Nienaber, Louis van Niekerk and Stephanie Baartman, will attend the evening.

The artists that will perform include Zita, Linda Kilian, Michelle Grace, Lumé, Harlind, and Franna and there will be a special appearance by Richard Loring and Eloise Cupido. The Humanitarian of the Year winner will also feature at this year’s event.

The picturesque Garden World, located in Muldersdrift and specially decorated with Christmas lights for the occasion, has hosted this annual charity event for many years.

This is an evening for the whole family and you are invited to bring your own picnic basket. While entrance to this joyful occasion is free, you are requested to support this worthy cause with a minimum donation of R20 per person and/ or food hampers for those in need.

Candles and carol sheets will be made available on the evening and donations to cover the costs thereof will also be much appreciated.

Food stalls will remain open for refreshments throughout the evening and the Christmas Craft Market will be open until 9pm for those special gifts.
