Urgent notice: Planned power outage to affect residents
Helderkruin and Kloofendal residents will be affected
Helderkruin and Kloofendal residents should prepare for a planned power outage tonight (14 November) from 10pm.
According to City Power, the outage is necessary to perform essential maintenance work on the network, to ensure better service delivery for all customers. Power should be restored by 6am on 15 November.

Customers are urged to treat their electricity supply points as live at all times, as the power supply can be restored at any time, without prior notice.
City Power apologises for any inconvenience caused by these interruptions. Should customers require further information or clarity, they should contact the call centre on 0860 JOBURG (562 874).
