Firstly, thank you Mayor Mashaba for honouring another one of your promises to the citizens of Johannesburg when you were elected to serve.
Secondly, to those 1 500 new JMPD officers, please refrain from being corrupt, have pride in your job, uphold your oath of service and commitment on a daily basis.
