Rising star shines internationally
Local model and actress shines in international markets.
Local star and model, Michaela du Plessis, continues to expand her career on the big screen and the catwalk.
Michaela is no stranger to the camera. She has acted in Erfsondes and she was only 13 when she was awarded a role in the movie Leading Lady by Dark Matter Studios.
She has now been signed by Nuovo Model Management South Africa/ Italy, to further her career in the international modelling and acting industry.
In her blossoming career she has already proven to be an inspiration to other young women in the industry who want to make it in the national and international markets. Her success stems from her keen interest in drama, dancing and singing from a very young age.
She has stayed true to those interests, as in a recent interview at an international fashion photo shoot in Magaliesburg she said, “Fame is overrated. But to be famous puts you in a position to help and inspire others, and your voice will be heard.”
She is determined to keep growing and to never give up on her goals.
