Daily operations reduce murder stats
Fifty-six arrested for various crimes in Honeydew.
Daily crime prevention operations continue to yield positive results following a large number of arrests from the weekend of 15 September.
Spokesperson for Honeydew Police Station, Captain Balan Muthan commended the officers for doing a sterling job in apprehending a total of 56 suspects for various crimes committed in the policing area.

Muthan said the crimes ranged from theft, rape, housebreaking, drunken driving, murder and business robbery.
He added that operations are carried out on a daily basis to prevent crime in the Honeydew area.
Muthan also outlined that cases of murder have significantly dropped due to these ongoing operations.
