
I see the City of Johannesburg Billing Department, City Power and Johannesburg Water have still not been doing their jobs.
Previous correspondence (for nine years) and the attached documents refer:
1. Which fool arranged for us to receive a pre-termination notice and a disconnection card on the same day? Note that we are not paying for your stupidity, and these costs will be deducted from any future billing.
2. Why have the big talkers, Thomas Tshilongo and Quentin Green, not come back to us yet about our account, which we had to reconcile for them, because they seem incapable of doing it themselves?
3. Despite the fact that you have now read the meter, you have yet to give us a correct bill. Useless.
4. We await the resolution of our nine-year billing crisis. Beyond useless.
5. We have now had no water for almost 25 weeks because you are too stupid to reconcile the account, so you just disconnect it in contempt of court.
6. This account is still in dispute because not one of you has done your job.

Before you say, “Oh, your tone is terrible. How can you be so horrible to people?”, consider this: how would you like to live without water and power for a year, with a total disaster of an account, and with no help from the people who claim they are doing their jobs? Walk a mile in my shoes, and then we will talk again.
