The councillor for Ward 70, Caleb Finn, will be hosting a community meeting on 7 September, and is inviting residents to attend.
The meeting will take place at the Phelindaba Chambers, Civic Center, 100 Christiaan de Wet Road, Florida from 6.30pm to 8pm, and some important community matters will be discussed.
The agenda for the evening will be as follows:
• Opening and welcome
• Discussions on proposed displaced persons shelter at 1 Dan Street
• General matters
• Announcements
• Closure
