Sparrow needs your help

The facility desperately needs funding

Sparrow Rainbow Village in Roodepoort is in desperate need of funding to ensure its survival.

“Without help and donations from the community and businesses, we will not survive,” said Mary-Ann MacDonald.

She is the fundraiser at Sparrow Rainbow Village in Roodepoort and is appealing to the community to assist them with any donations.

“We render a free service, and are a registered Non-profit Organisation (004-335). We also provide 18A Tax Certificates for all donations made to us,” she said.

The facility renders services and offers support to vulnerable mothers, children and youth. There is also a hospice care facility for destitute terminal patients. The Village also participates in community outreaches to the needy, where they supply food and clothing.

Should anyone be able to assist in any way, please contact Mary-Ann on 079 915 4405 or Des on 084 034 7402. You can also send an email to shospice@metroweb.co.za.
