Silverstar Casino is giving away a bunch of tickets to the incredible Splash! – The Water Circus show taking place this Sunday, 27 August, to five of the Roodepoort Northsider’s loyal and lucky readers. The event will be held at The Globe in Silverstar at 2pm.
It’s really easy to enter – all readers need to do is invite their Facebook friends to ‘like’ the Roodepoort Northsider‘s Facebook page, tag as many people as possible in our comment section, and keep their fingers crossed!
The lucky draw will be done on Friday, and five people will each walk away with four tickets to the show.
The Water Circus will be bringing its fun and thrilling activities from Russia to South Africa for the very first time.
The event is a circus for the modern age, presenting a variety of circus genres with a unique visual twist. The traditional acts look completely different as they are presented in – or above – a 12m diameter pool of water. Accompanying this is a dazzling lighting and laser show which perfectly displays the impressive body manipulation and contortion feats amongst a series of water fountains.
Onlookers will gasp as they watch traditional aerial circus acts such as the spectacular Silks taking place above water. Added to the already impressive list of circus acts is the Brazilian Espana family, performing their daredevil Wheel of Death and The Russian Swing.
