The State is meanwhile adding 13 more dockets to the existing charges. It has indicated that it will only be able to supply the Defence with copies of these dockets by Wednesday 12 July, but this poses a problem for the Defence Attorney who needs them by Tuesday in order to consult with his clients – he is only allowed to see his clients at Krugersdorp Correctional Facility on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9am and 1pm and therefore will not have enough time to properly consult with his clients.
