Forty-one arrested during special operations
Suspects' ages ranged from 23 to 55.
Roodepoort Police’s special operations once again yielded fruit this past week.
Forty-one suspects aged between 23 and 55 were arrested for various crimes. These crimes include assault with the intention to cause grievous bodily harm, possession of suspected stolen goods, attempted theft, dealing in dagga, housebreaking and theft, drunken driving, shoplifting, common assault, public drinking, malicious damage to property, possession of dagga, possession of drugs, theft and crossing the railway line.
The suspects were charged and detained at Roodepoort Police Station.
