Living in a complex close to Honeydew Ridge Residential Estate I was delighted to read about Dawn Herbst’s clean-up initiative.
Residents will have to realise that this is the way of the future. Instead of complaining and criticising it is up to us to create the neighbourhoods we want to live in and be proud of. And if it takes some sweat, then so be it. Although I am 73 years old I will be the first in line to do my bit and hope those more youthful will follow suit. As the article rightly said these initiatives build ‘a sense of community and achievement’.
