Welcome drop in fuel price
Unaudited mid-month data released by the Central Energy Fund (CEF).
Amidst the doom and gloom the country currently finds itself in, there is some good news.
July will see a substantial drop in fuel prices, according to the Automobile Association. This prediction is based on the unaudited mid-month data released by the Central Energy Fund (CEF). Motorists can expect the price of petrol to drop by about 64c, diesel by 60c and illuminating paraffin by 57c.

But, said the Association, petrol prices might see a hike again if the three major ratings agencies downgrade rand-denominated debt to junk status in the near future.
