Trinityhouse Pre-Primary School Little Falls honoured their amazing moms with a day full of celebrations.
The pre-school was buzzing with excited little ones and their moms on 12 May. Moms arrived to enjoy some eats and treats and were then taken to their little ones’ classes to do a Mother’s Day activity.

In some classes mothers played games and sang songs, whilst others made crafts like decorated mugs, keychains, and cards. Some classes had moms and their children placing painted hand-prints on shopping bags, or planting flowers and decorating the flower pot.

After a great time of arts and crafts activities, the moms and little ones joined together for a picnic on the pre-school playground lawns. The moms put out their picnic blankets and baskets and bonded with their little ones over a picnic lunch, but of course, the pre-schoolers snuck in a little playtime while their moms chatted with friends.

“It was with much anticipation and excitement that our little ones arrived at school today (12 May), ready to entertain and spoil their mommies as our Mother’s Day celebrations commenced.
The vibe was tangible on the playground while moms enjoyed a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate and something to eat. It was entertaining to watch our Trinityhouse moms partake in our programme with the little ones, observing and giving instructions. As I watched moms partake in making their Mother’s Day gift with their child, I realised what a privilege it is to be a mom. Thank you for spending this special day with your child. It was truly a wonderful God-filled day. May you all have a blessed Mother’s Day on Sunday (14 May),” said Pre-school principal, Lynn van Jaarsveld.
