Update: Alleged pervert’s registration number traced
The man seems to be in his late 40s, has dark hair with tinges of grey, and stubble.
The registration number of the white Toyota bakkie of the man who was caught in the act of masturbating close to the corner of Trezona Avenue and George Ross Street, has been traced.
It was discovered that the number does not exist and is fake.

This comes after a resident complained twice this morning (4 May) of seeing the man engaging in lewd behaviour. The Record caught the man in the act but he fled in his bakkie in the direction of Krugersdorp, in the process skipping a red traffic light at Albertina Sisulu Road.
The man seems to be in his late 40s, has dark hair with tinges of grey, and stubble. He was wearing black sunglasses, a black T-shirt and faded black jeans.
Residents are asked to report it immediately should they spot him.
