CPF meeting cancelled due to public holiday

HONEYDEW – Residents have been advised to contact the CPF following the cancellation of the Sector 2 meeting this Thursday.

Residents who would like to discuss crime issues in the Honeydew police precinct are being advised to contact the Community Police Forum (CPF) as the Sector 2 meeting that was scheduled for  27 April has been cancelled  due to it being a public holiday.

Areas such as Weltevreden Park and Radiokop have been plagued with a string of armed robberies and housebreakings lately.

CPF spokesperson Jon Rosenberg advised residents to schedule meetings with the chairman of the forum John Baisely adding that he would also make himself available to residents.

The Sector 2 meeting will now take place on 25 May.

Details: Jon Rosenberg on 082 450 2305 or Honeydew Community Police Forum admin office on 011 801 8576.
