Little Wings Baseball Club took on the Panthers earlier this month at the Cecil Payne Stadium. The fixture was part of the Little League T-ball for U/9 players.
The Little Wings have been consistent throughout the season and made it to the 25 March finals held in Benoni in fine form. They managed to achieve a narrow win against their opponents in the final and were awarded with medals for their hard work during the season.

The magnificent run the Little Wings had gave their senior counterparts, the Cobras, a positive lift. The U/15 Cobras team took on the Palm Ridge Baseball Club in Benoni. The Cobras teams were in scintillating form and beat their opponents in the finals. The team was awarded with the Plate Final and the Gauteng Trophy.
The teams are coached by Aziz Hendricks and Zaida du Preez, and managed by Sharmilla Slamdien and Riegaana Wing Hendricks.
