You can now report corruption here

Anti-corruption hotline launched

The Provincial Commissioner of Police has launched an anti-corruption hotline through which members of the public are able to report any corrupt activities carried out by the police directly to the Commissioner.

The Provincial Commissioner is committed to restoring trust and confidence in the police in Gauteng, and to rooting out corrupt elements, and therefor encourages the public to use the 24-hour anti-corruption hotline to report on police corruption and complacency in Gauteng. These complaints will be addressed head-on.

The hotline number is 082 820 6467.

The 10111 number must still be used for emergencies and to report crime in general.
