[WATCH] All 10 sluices of Hartbeespoort Dam open

The Record’s sister newspaper in the North West, the Kormorant, published a remarkable video showing all 10 of the Hartbeespoort Dam’s sluices open at the same time.

All the gates at the Dam have been opened since Sunday, 8 January, after the massive downpours in Johannesburg and Pretoria.
