Get set. Go!

For most people I spoke to, 2016 had been a chaotic year.

But I am forever the optimist and want to believe that 2017 is going to be better. Maybe even great, hopefully in every regard. With the naivety of a child I am hoping those in charge of the country will realise their hunger for money and power destroys ordinary people’s lives. I am hoping those who enforce the law will become the humble servants they are supposed to be, taking pride in the uniforms they wear and realising the seriousness of their calling. I am hoping to see less poverty, sadness, depression and hate. I guess hope will be my foundation for the coming 365 days and that no matter what circumstances arise, that I will not let it get me down.

I wish all our readers prosperity, health, peace and safety for 2017. I am looking forward to hearing from all of you.
