This is the last edition of the Roodepoort Record for this year.
The next edition will only come out on 12 January next year.
I am looking forward to a few days of doing as little as possible. I might do the garden route – first week in the front garden and the second week in the back garden. We don’t have a big garden, so it won’t take too long to complete that task.
I am looking forward to spending lazy days in my hammock, catching up on some reading and sleep – that wonderful activity that abandoned me so long ago.
For those of you who are going on holiday, take it easy on the road. Don’t speed, you will reach your destination albeit a few minutes later.
Make sure your furry family members are taken care of while you are not there. Keep in mind that criminals are not on holiday, they like doing home shopping this time of the year.
Most of all, enjoy the time with your loved ones and come back home safely.
