A 22-year-old man, Vuyuletho Baleni, has been missing since 29 November.
At the time of his disappearance he was wearing brown trousers, a white T-shirt and a red hat. He is known to frequent Florida, looking for employment.
Vuyuletho is of average build, with dark eyes and a long Afro. He is of medium height and average weight and wears dentures.
