Runners go wild for Movember

Runners of the Randburg Harriers Running Club wore moustaches in support of #Movember during a special time trial event.

In support of #Movember and prostate cancer awareness, runners were seen with natural and not so natural furry upper lips, and some even put moustaches on their clothes.

The time trial event raised money which will be donated to the Movember Foundation, which supports the awareness of health risks faced by men. Club captain, John Neale said, “We asked for a R20 donation for non-club members which we will be donated to the foundation.”

Each Thursday, the club hosts time trails at 5.45pm and every Saturday from 7am to 8am, starting at the Randburg Sports Complex.
