Cansa Break a Plate Fundraiser

Join Cansa's fundraiser at Ocean Basket

The Cancer Association of South Africa (Cansa) will be hosting a Break a Plate Fundraiser on 26 November.

The event will take place at the Ocean Basket at Featherbrooke and will start at 7pm.

The evening will include information on skin cancer and men’s health. South Africa has the second largest incidence of skin cancer in the world, and everyone will be taught to be SunSmart in an effort to reduce the chances of contracting skin cancer.

Cansa will also encourage men and male cancer survivors to invest in their health by being aware of changes in their bodies, being screened regularly and adopting a balanced lifestyle in order to reduce their risk of contracting cancer.

For more information or to book a space to attend the fundraiser, contact Linda Steyn on 076 176 2758 or via email to lsteyn@cansa.org.za.
