I am a concerned citizen in the Florida area.
At the corner of Shamrock and Main Streets is a vacant building that used to be occupied by World Vision and a pizzeria. The building has burned down halfway and people are living at the back.
My concern is that they take water from the unit on the pavement illegally by using a hosepipe.
Something needs to be done. In the one building all the lights are on with nobody home, except for a security guard. I see this at 5am on my way to work.
I’m going to report this to Joburg Water as well. Various people live there and it is a damn eyesore.
