National Cousins Day

Send your cousins some love today.

National Cousins Day is observed annually on 24 July and is a day to let all of your cousins, near or far, know how much they are appreciated.

Family reunions, holidays, birthday parties, weddings, anniversaries and countless other family get-togethers see cousins spending a lot of time together. Usually, while the adults are busy, they entertain each other, play and bond.

It does happen that cousins grow up being the best of friends.

To celebrate, make an effort to contact your cousins. Call, send a card, an e-mail or text. Find a way to let them know they are special and you are thinking of them today.

Post on social media #NationalCousinsDay.
