On CR Swart Road (and other road approaching Doreen Road) clearly states no vehicles over five ton is allowed to go down by Doreen Road.
That truck was not supposed to be there in the first place? Also, if your brakes starts to give you problems you should stop immediately. (He says the brakes already started to have problems on CR Swart Rd).
The accident could have been avoided if the driver of the truck obeyed the road signs/rules, common sense VS reading the road signs.
