We were without power for more than 18 hours during the recent outage in Bergbron. This is the third time in three months that the community has experienced a major outage. On New Year’s Eve, a power surge destroyed many appliances in the complex I live in. Then, too, I had to wait a week without hot water until City Power sorted the geyser delay out. At the end of March, another power surge destroyed my tumble dryer and appliances in the rest of the complex.
How can we hold City Power accountable?
