For the record, Clarke is tops

I refer to the article published in the Record on 1 April regarding the DA councillors being ready for action.

I want to place on record how very much I appreciate the help of councillor Suzanne Clarke. I am 77 years old and live in a retirement village. For five years and on numerous occasions I’ve visited the municipal offices and sent numerous emails to them to sort out my municipal bills and obtain the pensioners’ rebate I was entitled to, without success.

Within a month after talking to Clarke, my account was sorted out and I have had no problems since then.

She was amazingly helpful and deserves our votes.
