I would like to express my total disappointment in which Rea Vaya treats there customers.

I purchased a card just short of a year, used it twice and forgot about it and my pin.

Recently I tried to use it again, took it to the station they referred me to Absa to reset my pin or purchase a new card. Absa had no clue what I was talking about. I was posted from pillar to post.

I eventually phoned the office and they said only Absa towers or Carlton Centre can help. My daughter tried using it as there was a small balance on it, only to have the machine reject it. She asked the person assisting on the bus, and was told ‘ I don’t know what you must do now. Go to the station.

And the story goes on.

Totally unacceptable. Still don’t know what to do, or where to purchase a new card.

And the systems are continuously offline. I sent a complaint to there offices on Tuesday, and to date have had no response. Sad sad situation. I hope to eventually have it sorted.
