Where is the police when you need them?

I’ve been living on Foxglove Street since 2010. I’ve also been out in the street with many of my neighbors during a crime stunt.
My home had two breaking’s, my neighbor’s home was broken into so many times that he sold his house to get out of the neighbourhood. Many other homes on Foxglove Street have been robbed or attempted robberies over the last 18 months.
My question is this: 1) Why is the Police not visible in Wilro Park with all the crime taking place here an 2) why are the street lights hardly on?
