Just another incident that shows that high wall fences do not work. It is an open invitation to would-be robbers and other criminals. I cannot understand why people keep on building those extra high, prison-like walls around their premises!
I’m sure it will be cheaper and much more effective to have a solid palisade fence erected where neighbours and people from the street can easily notice that something fishy is going on.
