I really enjoy reading all the Roodepoort Record Articles that you write, they are all extremely interesting and very informative. I went to the Florida Pick ‘n pay Shopping Centre in Goldman Street on 27 November and I was very impressed with everyone’s service there.
A very kind, polite husband and wife whom I was behind in the queue saw that I only had a hand basket with quite a few heavy items on special as I could not find a shopping trolley in the whole shop, all of the shoppers were using them, so I had to carry the heavy basket around.
They very kindly offered to put my hand basket in his trolley with all of their groceries. I did Thank them very much for helping me and I would to Thank them again for their wonderful kindness, I really appreciate their kind offer, otherwise I would have had to drag the hand basket to the cashier’s tills as I respect the cleaners for washing and polishing Pick n Pay’s floor.
