I am very disappointed and surprised to learn that the City of Johannesburg (CoJ) had opened a special hotline to report illegal connections.

All this while there are existing illegal connections in Princess that are clear as day. Everyone can see it. How can the municipality still expect us to report it, when it is so obvious?

It is right there in front of your very eyes. Please stop toying with us and get it fixed.

Perhaps you, CoJ, don’t care because it doesn’t affect your employees’ lives personally like it does mine.
