Further to the article commending Mr. Shaun Govender (Regional Manager) at the City of Johannesburg, I would like to add my thanks to Mr Heinrich du Plooy, a member of Mr Govender’s team.
I have experienced problems with my services account for over a year, since Mr. Du Plooy started assisting I can actually see the light at the end of the tunnel. Every step of the way he has been courteous and helpful – even at times when the work pressure was more than visible he remained professional and always gave feedback.Thank you to Mr du Plooy and Mr Govender – your professionalism and assistance is highly appreciated.
