Squad to face All Blacks announced

Heyneke Meyer makes one change to his team to face New Zealand this weekend.

Springbok lock Lood de Jager has been declared fit for this weekend’s Rugby World Cup semi-final showdown against New Zealand.

He sustained a foot injury and there were doubts about his availability for the match.

The Springboks have been further boosted by the news that vice captain Victor Matfield has recovered from his hamstring injury to take a place on the bench. He takes the place of Pieter-Steph du Toit.

Hooker Bismarck du Plessis will also start for the Springboks. The hand wound he sustained against Wales will be strapped up.
