Bad traffic in Helderkruin

I am sure the concern of a lot of residents in the Helderkruin area about the lack of a four way stop street at the corner of Banket and Crouse Streets, Helderkruin.
Coming down Crouse Street it is so difficult to cross Banket Street and go into Galena Street because of the build up of traffic coming in from the left from the Helderkruin Primary School. Also commuters using Banket Street from the right travelling up from Wilgerood Road which in itself is a road where many accidents have happened.
It is really a struggle to get across this road and often where there is a build up of traffic from the right on Banket Sreet , one cannot see what is coming from the left and this has the potential to cause terrible accidents if it hasn’t already.
I am not sure who I can contact in this regard, but perhaps the local DA Councillor can do something about it.
