On Tuesday 15 September 2015 I had to do some shopping at PnP Princess Crossing and found there was no PnP brand butter in the fridge.

Isaac from Unilver was packing other items in the fridge, he left what he was doing and when downstairs – quite speedily to check if there was any stock in the storeroom.

Then brought up some stock. Not only was he courteous and willing to help, he did so with a good attitude.

My experience has been when stock is not on the shelf for the staff members to not be interested in checking and dismiss the customer.

Isaac is truly an asset to Pick ‘n Pay, Princess Crossing.
